F26 Vendor Registration

Financial aid to help cover vendor fees is currently not available. If you would like to apply, please email [email protected]. Applicants must have earned $50,000 or less during the 2025 calendar year to qualify.

The 2026 Lone Star Festival—our annual celebration of Texas creatives—will be held October 17–18, 2026. Vendor registration is now open, and the current fee for the full two-day festival is $200.

Full payment is due at the time of registration. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Your payment secures your vendor space and includes additional promotional opportunities beginning in June 2026 and continues through till June 2027.

Once we receive both your payment and requested information, we will confirm your registration and add you to the festival website.

Vendor fees and benefits are subject to change without notice. Your space and current rate are secured once full payment has been received.

Your current vendor registration includes:
Admission to book-marketing classes offered during the festival weekend
One draped 6-foot table and two chairs

Admission to the Friday evening opening reception, where authors, artists, filmmakers, musicians, and other Texas creatives can meet and connect
Additional vendor promotional opportunities

The Lone Star Festival has welcomed an average of approximately 500 attendees based on attendance during the past four years.
