Financial Aid to cover vendor fees is available.  If you would like to apply for this service, please email us at [email protected]. Your income must be $50,000 or less for the 2025 calendar year to apply.

In 2026, our annual celebration of Texas Creatives, the Lone Star Festival, will be held on June 6 & 7, 2026. If you're interested in being part of this event, we're now accepting $75 deposits to secure your spot for the two-day festival at a total vendor cost of $200. Full payment must be made by May 1st, and only full payments will be accepted after May 1st.

This non-refundable deposit ensures you lock in this incredibly low festival fee and guarantees additional advertising starting in June 2025. Don't miss out on this opportunity to save big! Reserve your space with a deposit today for only $75.  The balance of the vendor space will be required to be paid in full by May 1, 2026.

To reserve your space, you have two payment options below.  We do ask that you send an email to [email protected], please include the author's name, bio, pic, and a link to direct people to purchase the author's book.  Upon confirmation of receipt, of the payment and the email, we will confirm with you and add you to the website.

The above is subject to change without notice.  Deposits lock in the guaranteed vendor space fee as listed above.  Vendor fee is expected to increase over the next few months.

Your vendor fee currently includes the following:

• Ability to attend any book marketing clases during the weekend.
• 6' table, drapped and with 2 chairs.
• 1 Lunch is currently included in the fee.  We are looking for sponsors to help cover a second day lunch.
• Friday night Reception where authors, artists and others from the creative world of Texas can meet and learn from each other.

Avg attendance is 500 people based on attendance for the past 4 years total.
